2nd Gen Tacoma Checkered Stripe Kit (2005–2015)

Classic Racing Aesthetics. Modern Build Quality.

Give your 2nd Gen Tacoma an aggressive, race-inspired transformation with our Checkered Stripe Kit. Precision-cut to follow the iconic body lines of the 2005–2015 Tacoma, these stripes provide a bold visual upgrade that looks as good on the pavement as it does on the dirt. Finished in our signature Satin, this kit offers a premium, non-reflective look that stands out from standard gloss decals.

Fits 2005–2015 Tacoma (Short Bed & Long Bed Models)

Why You’ll Love It:

🚚 Free Shipping: Iconic styling delivered to your door with zero shipping costs.
Professional Grade: We use only the highest quality Avery Dennison or 3M air-release vinyl, engineered for a bubble-free finish and long-term durability.
Satin Finish: Our specialized luster laminate provides a high-end, sophisticated look while offering superior protection against UV fading and trail debris.
Pre-Masked for Alignment: Every section of the kit includes transfer tape pre-applied, ensuring the checkered pattern stays perfectly aligned during the installation process.

📋 What’s Included:

Full Body Kit: Complete driver and passenger side stripe set with all parts clearly labeled for easy identification.
High-Performance Cast Vinyl: Automotive-grade material designed to withstand harsh outdoor environments.
Color Schemes: Available in a variety of eye-catching palettes to perfectly match or contrast your truck's color.

🛠 Installation Guide:

⚠️ Critical Temperature Requirement: For a successful bond, the ideal installation temperature is between 65°F and 73°F. Attempting to install in temperatures any warmer or colder may prevent the vinyl from adhering correctly, which will ruin the decal.

Dry Install Only: Do not use water or "wet" application methods. These professional-grade materials are designed for dry application only.
Surface Prep: This is the most important step! Clean the hood thoroughly with a heavy-duty degreaser followed by Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) to ensure 100% adhesion. The surface must be completely stripped of all wax and ceramic coatings.

Pro Tips:
- Visually inspect all vinyl pieces for any issues before you begin.
- Use a felt-tip squeegee for even pressure and to prevent scratching the satin finish.
- Pro Install Recommended: While designed to be user-friendly, large-format graphics can be challenging. If you aren't comfortable with the process, any local vinyl shop can handle the install.
- Watch the Process: Check out our Hood Stamp install video on YouTube to see our vinyl technology in action!

Shipping & Policies:

Lead Time: Please allow 4-7 days for processing and printing.
Cancellations: All orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee after 24 hours.
Support: We are not responsible for installation errors. Any damaged components will need to be replaced at the owner's expense.
