Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
YotaTribe ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
YotaTribe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
YotaTribe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
YotaTribe Return Policy
We at YotaTribe are dedicated to offering top-quality accessories for your Toyota trucks. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, despite receiving the correct order, we're here to help with returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Below is our return policy:
Exchanges and Shipping:
- YotaTribe does not cover shipping costs for returns seeking a money-back refund.
- We provide free exchanges within the USA and cover the shipping costs for these exchanges.
- Returns or exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt.
Returns for Money Back Refund:
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
- Items must be in new condition
- Items showing signs of use will not qualify for a refund but may be eligible for store credit.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- Shipping costs for store credit returns are not covered.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- "Final Sale" or holiday purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:

Incorrect or Damaged Items:
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at customerservice@yotatribe.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange for a return label and process your correct item or refund within 7-10 business days.
Please note, YotaTribe covers shipping costs for exchanges in the USA only. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
