Shipping
Free shipping on U.S. orders.
In-stock YotaTribe products ship from our warehouse in Reno, NV, usually within 24 hours. Partner-brand products ship directly from the manufacturer, so orders with more than one brand may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Preorders and backorders
Preorder and backorder items ship when stock arrives. Expected timing is listed on each product page.
Returns
YotaTribe products: you have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. We don't charge restocking fees on YotaTribe products. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know your refund status. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Partner-brand products (such as Baja Designs, Cali Raised LED and Diode Dynamics) follow each manufacturer's return policy. Some manufacturers only accept unopened items or charge a restocking fee. Contact us before returning a partner-brand item.
