1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the website yotatribe.com (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Site.

8. Risk of Loss All items purchased from YotaTribe are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

9. Product Descriptions YotaTribe attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, YotaTribe does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

10. Applicable Law By visiting YotaTribe, you agree that the laws of the state Nevada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and YotaTribe.
